The Aventurs development team conducts extensive research in order to analyze economic conditions at regional and national levels. This provides the team with the tools and opportunities to discover maximum potential in significant emerging markets – and Aventurs capitalizes on these ideas. Currently, we are engaged in a variety of exciting project styles and types.
Aventurs is now involved in several historical renovation projects and many commercial building projects. We have acquired a restaurant and look forward to incorporating shops, parking and condominiums on the premises. One of our most exciting projects is our concept to develop affinity community living centers. There appears to be a niche in the market for communities of common lifestyle living and we are pursuing this idea in a multitude of ways. Furthermore, we are also developing in Wood River, Illinois, a rapidly expanding community full of promise of which we are enthusiastic to be a part.
